1. Introduction of Entoku-in Temple
Entoku-in temple was originally the residence of Kitano-mandokoro (nicknamed 'Nene'), the legal wife of Hideyoshi Toyotomi.
Hideyoshi Toyotomi was one of notable unifiers of Japan, who lived in the late 16th century.
You can see magnificent 17th-century dry landscape garden located in front of the temple building, and beautiful paintings on paper screen doors used in the building.
