1. Introduction of Kinkaku-ji Temple

Kinkaku-ji Temple or Golden pavilion is a UNESCO site and was originally built by Shogun in the 14th century.

It is now one of the icons of Kyoto city, for having the second and third floors covered with gold leaf. Also, the pavilion is quite unique in that each floor has the different architectural style. The temple has a strolling style garden with numerous interesting characteristics.
