1. Introduction of Kodai-ji Temple

Kodai-Ji temple was founded in 1606 to console the soul of Hideyoshi Toyotomi, by his legal wife Kita-no-Mandokoro.

 

Hideyoshi Toyotomi was one of notable unifiers of Japan, who lived in the late 16th century.

 

Within the temple ground, you can see rustic tea houses, a small bamboo grove, and a city view as it is located on a hill.
